Hey there! 👋 We are Nicole & Alejandro. We started teaching yoga together when Nicole finished her 200-hour YTT in 2021 (Alejandro already had 5 years of teaching and two 200-hour YTTs)! In 2022, we moved to Spain and have been moving around a lot since, which has created a lot of uncertainty and inconsistency in our lives.

Our at-home yoga practice is what keeps us grounded through it all, allowing us to find peace and happiness in the chaos that is life - and we believe it can do the same for you!

That's why we offer 2 free yoga classes every week plus tips on mindfulness, movement, and personal growth. Join us on the mat and bring more consistency, joy, and ease into your practice.
