When you feel grounded and safe, your nervous system (and pelvic muscles) can relax. Try it! Lie on rocks, grass, dirt, whatever you can find… sending peace ☮️

To the men in my community! Our friends at Aalborg University, Denmark, are running a research study to better understand the lived experience of male pelvic pain, including conditions such as chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), prostatitis, pudendal neuralgia, Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome and more. Despite the prevalence and impact of these conditions, this area remains under-researched and poorly understood.
They are inviting men currently living with pelvic pain to complete a 5–10 minute anonymous questionnaire.
The goal is to reach over 300 participants, making this one of the largest studies of its kind. Every response matters.
