Apart from "Pure" numismatic content, I love exploring curiosities of Ancient Rome and its coins. Have you seen this video where I explore the unusual (and pretty far away) places where Roman coins have been found?

Developments on the Tariffs on Ancient Coins entering the US:
Collectors have reported their latest imports being taxed, with coins coming from Europe tariffed at 10%. a De Minimis, currently of 800 USD is still in effect, meaning lower value imports are still exempt, but this exception is likely expiring on the 2nd of May.
Very troubling news for the biggest numismatic market on the planet.
In case you haven't seen this video, I analyse how the new Tariffs affect ancient coin collectors, and what you could do to revert the situation

The Price of Gold keeps soaring higher and higher! How does it affect the price of Ancient Coins? Lets remember this short, but highly instructive video I've made not too long ago :)

Medieval Friday! Since our good friend @TheHammeredCorner is back to Youtube, how about we take a look at this older, but very visually impressive video we've made together? Luke has a great eye for exquisite coins, give him a follow!

Im delighted to see such positive response to the recent Unboxing Videos. And since you enjoy it, have you seen this absolute MONSTER of an unboxing released last year by a friend of the channel? Definitely worth a view!

Beware the Ides of March! This March 15th, lets remember this famous coin issued by Brutus to celebrate Caesar's assassination at the senate floor, a moment that led to the creation of the Roman Empire, and changed world history!

Important Channel Update!
In a curious twist of events, Classical Numismatics is now my job!
What does it mean for you? You can expect more, higher-quality videos starting from now! Nothing will change in the nature of this channel; it will continue to be a place for history lovers and coin collectors to foster their love for Ancient Coins and the histories they tell.
This will continue to be a space where some of the world's most passionate coin collectors can share their pieces with the rest of the world.
This will continue to be a place where tutorials and guides to ancient coin collecting are routinely released, spreading the hobby for anyone who wants to start, in a friendly, easy to follow way.
This will continue to be a place that protects beginner collectors from the rare, but nevertheless present pitfals this hobby offers: How to avoid buying fakes, how to research price trends and avoid overpaying, how to control your coin budget, how to avoid getting "too" hooked to your collections. I want this hobby to be a constructive and positive part of our lives.
And to achieve this, I'm going to need your help. I've set up a Membership Tab on YouTube, as well as a Patreon page and a "Buy me a Coffee", where you can financially help the channel, starting with some very small sums.
These contributions help the channel and come with its benefits: Early Access to videos, priority answering to your comments and questions, polls on deciding topics for future episodes, credits at the end of each video, and much more!
Patreon: www.patreon.com/Classical_Numismatics
Youtube Membership: youtube.com/classicalnumismatics/join

Want something more tangible for your support instead? I've also set up a merch store where you can buy T-shirts and other types of merch with my hand-made coin drawings:

If you can't contribute in any of the previous ways, there's no problem! Spread the word! Like and Comment on the videos, Share this channel with whoever you think would enjoy it. The YouTube algorithm isn't very kind with such niche topics, so your help spreading it around is vital for Classical Numismatics' continuing existence.
I have also set up a business email. Are you a coin dealer, auction house, or any numismatic-related business and would like to see your coins or your services on the channel? Let's have a talk, Send me a message to the email below:

Thank you very much for your continuous support, from the bottom of my heart.

Some of the most spectacular Hellenistic Coins I've ever shown in this channel are in this video. A wonderful example of how good the Seleucids were at making coins!
