Q: When and where is the festival?
A:
Day 1: Saturday, 21 June 2025
Day 2: Sunday, 22 June 2025
Venue: Zepp Kuala Lumpur
Gate Opens: 4:30 PM
Show Starts: 6:00 PM
Ticket Counter Closes: 8:30 PM
Q: How much are the tickets?
A: Tickets are FREE โ but you must register via Ticket2U to attend. Seats are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Can I register for both days?
A: Yes, but each day requires separate registration.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: No printing required.
Q: I want to change tickets. How can I change them?
A: Unfortunately, tickets canโt be changed through the ticket system. However, we may allow wristband exchanges at the festival site, depending on the availability in the desired zone. Please note that this is subject to crowd conditions and safety considerations at the time.
Q: How is admission handled?
A: Ticket2U will perform face recognition check-in at the ticket claiming counter.
After verification, you will be given a wristband, which is required for entry.
No wristband = no entry. Do not remove or tamper with the wristband during the event day.
Important: The ticket counter closes at 8:30 PM. No tickets will be issued after that time.
Q: Are walk-in tickets available?
A: Yes, walk-in tickets are available at the venue but are subject to availability. Entry will be allowed only if there are no-shows from registered attendees and space permits.
Q: Is there assigned seating?
A: No. Entry is based on free seating, first-come, first-served.
Q: Can I register on behalf of my friends or family?
A: No. Each ticket is linked to one attendee. All must register using their own name and email, and go through individual face recognition verification.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Open to all ages. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Q: Is re-entry allowed?
A: Once you leave the venue, you will need to re-queue if space is still available.
Q: Will there be food and drinks?
A: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, there will be food counters available at the venue, including halal-certified options.

ROUND is the official name and brand of the ASEAN - Korea Music Festival project.
The program is intended to promote exchanges between Korea and ASEAN countries by utilizing popular music.
ROUND stands for 'equal ASEAN countries and Korea' and will provide an opportunity for us to get closer in music.
We hope to connect the hearts and minds of music lovers with the emotions, joy, memories and everything that can be delivered through music. And hope that people who are alienated from borders, language, culture, and customs will reconnect again, recognize and understand, and look closer to each other equally as music fans.
