Walking around the gym can be faked.

We can act like we're doing our daily routine, but have no passion.

But you can’t fake a Muscle Up.

You can’t fake a Front Lever.

You can’t fake a Flare.

That's true progress.

Why?

Because it's in the Skill.

And new Skills level you up in brain and body and transform you into a new person.

You can see how it looks here...

The mainstream says:

“Do your resistance training.”

“Don't forget your mobility.”

“Make sure you stretch.”

But here’s the truth:

Strength is not bodypart or muscle group related.

It's whole body.

Mobility is not a warm-up.

It's laced throughout all of training.

And you must blend this into new Skills that Level Up your entire system.

– Midrange leverage positions
– Force vectors that demand flexibility
– Strength in end-range—not just access
– Fascia activation through load

Sure, it's outside your comfort zone, but that's the whole point of life.

Growth lies outside your comfort zone.

Mine too.

Check out some trainings I made for you and see the Student Stories here...

You’ve lifted for years. You’ve done the split routines.

You’ve gotten stronger
but your body still feels uncoordinated, stiff, fragile.

You try new programs. You add weight.

But the real problem? You’re training your body like it’s a set of parts

Not a system.

What you’re missing is integration.

True strength isn’t isolated—it’s connected.

It’s hips firing with shoulders. Spine reflex syncing with foot pressure.

It’s fascia, timing, force, and finesse—under load.

And unless you train whole-body functional coordination, you’ll always be stuck in a partial system.

Here's some of the aspects to including in your training to make this work:

– Dynamic force control
– Low rep neural patterning
– Elastic tension
– Skill-based transitions
– Real-world applications

You can build all the mass in the world.

You can sculpt every muscle group to perfection.

But if you can’t move—it’s worthless.

We had a guy join us recently who was built like a statue.

Shredded. Strong. Confident.

But the second he tried a basic Skill...

Everything collapsed.

His joints were disconnected.

His timing was off.

His transitions were full of misfires.

Here’s the hard truth:

đŸ”» Strength without connection is a waste.
đŸ”» Aesthetics without control is an illusion.
đŸ”» Muscle without mastery is just weight.

You don’t need more mass, you need movement mastery.

Here's what to train:

– Static holds like V Stands, Handstands, and Planches
– Fast-twitch response drills like Sprints, Vaults, and Jumps
– Flow transitions like Katas
– Unilateral and tempo asymmetry
– Connecting moves into combinations

Then you can move like a Super-Avater of Strength & Skill.

Here's some resources:

Thinking more makes you weaker.

You focus on “perfect form” so hard you miss the actual point.

You analyze so much you forget to just train and have fun.

It’s a silent killer in fitness: The Overthinking Trap.

And the worst part?

It masquerades as “being smart.”

“You’re doing research.”

“You’re just being careful.”

“You’re not ready yet.”

But the truth is—

Your body doesn’t adapt to research. It adapts to reality.

And most people are so trapped in mental loops, they never train at the edge of capacity.

They overthink everything.

And then they just go lift weights...like the gym is just another office cubicle.

They don’t sprint.

They don’t jump.

They don’t move dynamically.

If you want to escape the overthinking loop, here’s what to do:

✅ Train moves that are outside your comfort zone but fun
✅ Put moves together into combinations and sequences
✅ Do things that force your system to adapt and Level Up with new skills

If you want to see how that looks, click below...

Everyone wants to be strong. But most people chase strength like it’s a barbell PR or a new body part to pump.

They forget that real strength isn’t a bodypart. It’s not isolated. It’s not aesthetic.

It’s systemic. Coordinated. Fast.

The strongest athletes I train don’t look like bodybuilders. But they move like lightning—under control.

Here’s the truth nobody tells you:

Most people aren’t weak because of their muscles.

They’re weak because of their system.

Glitchy force signals. Poor transitions. Weak midranges. Leaky joint positions.

You can do Rows all day long and still fail a Muscle Up.

You can Squat for years and still buckle during a Vault, Jump, or Landing.

Why? Because mainstream methods don't build applied power.

If you want to be explosively strong—

You need to train in ways that challenge your nervous system, your connective tissue, your timing, and your transitions

All at once.

Here, watch a Free Training and a bunch of Student Stories that show you what it looks like...

Stop destroying yourself.

You think you'll get stronger just because you "workout" harder?

You think you'll get stronger just because you have a successful career and can buy all the supplements, equipment, and biohacking tools?

You think you'll get stronger just because you try to fix all the aches, pains, age, past injuries, issues in relationships, sickness, and poor physique?

It doesn't work that way.

Mainstream methods, over-analysis, and band-aids will not transform you.

You must begin by the transformation of your mind which changes the nature of your physical state.

And transforming your mind begins with 3 P's:

1. Changing your Perspective about your training...

2. Realizing what is truly Possible...

3. And maintaining Positive thoughts, words, and actions.

Otherwise, you are simply destroying yourself.

But when you do those 3 P's, Progress comes to you.

And you will build more Strength, Skill, and Sustainability...

More than you ever thought possible...

Even Total Body Mastery...

When you transform your mind and thus your training.

(And it's an on-going transformation through life.)

I've assembled an Army of Student Stories which share exactly how they did it too.

The truth of gaining Total Body Mastery: “The secret awaits eyes unclouded by ambition. Those who are bound by desire see only that which can be held in their hands."

Most people: "What, what? See now it's this mumbo jumbo like that."

You can "workout" hard, eat right, watch every tutorial, listen to every podcast

But if deep down you don't believe you can master Bodyweight Strength & Skill—none of it will stick.

Why?

Because your growth doesn’t follow effort
it follows trajectory.

If your "workouts" are based on the same free youtube videos, diy methods, and cheap courses as everyone else...

Then your outcomes will also be the same as everyone else.

Confusion. Lackluster progress. Frustration. Boredom. Wasted time.

Then is it any surprise that you self-sabotage, delay, or fall short—no matter how "hard" you try?

That’s why so many people burn out, give up, and quit.

They try to "workout" within a belief system that is far short of their potential.

But when you shift your belief system—

And when you start TRAINING from the TRUTH—

Progress just comes to you.

You need to stop "working out" within an old belief system.

And instead change your belief system and start TRAINING.

And then you're building Strength, Skill, and Sustainability you never realized was possible.

Lee

P.S. This is the same path all of my students follow: www.pacificrimathletics.com/online-reg?yt-law-post

P.P.S. This is not for everyone, especially dabblers and diy-ers, but if you're serious, then you can schedule a Complimentary Coaching Call as well and we can see if it's a good match to train together www.pacificrimathletics.com/online-reg?yt-law-post

You're only as strong as your weakest link. I've said this for a long time (and others started saying it too). But I mean something completely different than they do.

They'll point to your joints. Or your sleep schedule. Or this or that anatomical reference.

What I mean by Weak Links include much more important aspects to your strength:

1. The words you say to yourself

2. The thoughts you allow to persist

3. The actions that contradict the goals you say you have

4. And many more weak links that affect your entire system and rob you of your progress

You workout and wonder why you are not strong and why basic skills like Handstand, V Stand, or Muscle Up seem so far away.

If you don't first correct those Weak Links, it does NOT matter how many sets and reps you do.

You will will NEVER achieve even the basics, like a Handstand, V Stand, or Muscle Up.

Your tendons, joints, organs, connective tissue, bone, and muscles will continue to decay.

But if you do rebuild the most important of the Weak Links, then you will achieve more than you ever thought possible.

And then Handstands, V Stands, and Muscle Ups will be easy for you.

Let me show you... www.pacificrimathletics.com/online-reg?yt-law-post
