I had a pretty bad crash on the 200x. I went down a steep ravine in the woods, bounced off some trees and ended up with 6 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, 2 fractured vertebrae (minor, spine is ok) and left foot broken in 3 places. Unfortunately, the 4runner restoration is on pause while I heal for a couple of months. Meanwhile, I have a couple misc vids on the back burner that I can finish up and I'll probably create some shorts to keep the channel active. The good news is that I should fully recover from all of this. Everybody be careful out there. It's fun to go fast and do dangerous things, but every once in a while danger wins a round and reminds us to think twice and slow down a little bit.

I was always unsure about attempting my own upholstery. Turns out, it couldn't be more simple! 1985 4Runner restoration update: I was making good progress at first... Then I kept finding more and more rust. Then it got cold - really cold! My garage isn't insulated or heated. So I'm going to skip ahead and refurbish the ripped up seats with some new upholstery from northshoretoyotaproducts.com/ because I can do that in my heated basement. Stay tuned for my first attempt at upholstery and a huge improvement for these 40 year old seats!

Time to begin my biggest restoration yet... 1985 4Runner! No, the Land Cruiser was NOT happy about towing it home, but it must have looked good doing 60 on the highway! :D
