I have been called analytical, but I feel that's more of my discernment working. Nevertheless, I prayed to God about all of my anxious thoughts, and God told me to write. So, to help me cope, writing/journaling and making content has been helpful. It's been so helpful that I had to refocus and cast all of my anxious thoughts for God to handle. So I just been writing away, lol. I am also inspired by all the authors before me who help me to believe in myself. So now I made my 1st ebook. This one is short, but to the point with historical, personal, and bibical perspectives surrounding body shaming and oversexualization. When hiking, you can prepare for safety and enjoyment by planning ahead, dressing in layers, and bringing enough water and snacks.

Tell someone: Let someone know where and when you'll be hiking, and when you'll return.
Pick a trail: Choose a trail that's suitable for your skill level.
Pace yourself: Pick a pace you can maintain all day.

Bring the Ten Essentials: This includes items for navigation, sun protection, insulation, illumination, first aid, fire, repairs, nutrition, hydration, and emergency shelter.
Bring enough water: Dehydration can happen quickly.
Bring snacks: Trail mix, nuts, and granola bars can help keep your energy up.

Hike early: Start early to avoid the heat of the day.
Leave No Trace: Protect the natural sites by not littering or damaging plants.
Stay on the trail: Stick to the designated trail.
Stretch: Stretch your body for a few minutes before you start.

Tuesday βοΈ: I'm grateful to those who have gone before me as examples, as well as everyone who has given the baton to me!!! I'm okay with passing the baton so others can do better than me. There are many things I start, but do not finish because God may have placed it in me to show others that it is possible. From there, they excel. I even tell my kids that they don't have to be like me or do things like me; just be better than me!!!! I'm always rooting for others' success on and off these apps.

It was a great day for a community run!!! Earlier this year, I set a personal goal to complete 3 runs this year!!! When I journaled it, I didn't have any idea what this year had in store. Because life is going to do what it does, and that's life!!!! Nevertheless, I faced many setbacks and challenges. Well, today I'm happy to be in the land of the living. I'm thankful I got a chance to run and have fun (See I'm rhyming, so you know it's real π π€ͺ)!!! I want to encourage you to complete at least one goal you have set to accomplish this year, even if it's a small one. It'll make you feel as though you did accomplish something and gave yourself a chance to live. Remember, Gods grace is sufficient.
Time flies as you can see it's one more month left in this year!!! So make it count!!!
