True chAAAnge begins with the 3 Aâs
Are you feeling stuck or unsure about a decision in your life? Whether itâs a relationship, a career move, or a personal challenge, real change often requires faith and intentional steps forward.
Letâs consider the 3 Aâs:
Ask â Seek guidance and clarity by bringing your concerns to God or trusted sources of wisdom.
Accept â Be willing to accept the truth, even when itâs difficult or not what you hoped to hear.
Apply â Take intentional action based on the truth youâve received, even if it requires courage and faith.
Hereâs an example of applying the 3 Aâs in a relationship:
Ask: Pray and ask God if the relationship youâre in is aligned with His plan for you. Seek His guidance through scripture, prayer, and reflection.
Accept: If you feel convicted that the relationship isnât rightâwhether due to lack of spiritual alignment, unhealthy patterns, or a sense of uneaseâbe ready to accept this truth, even if itâs hard.
Apply: Take the necessary steps to end the relationship and open your heart to the possibility of new connections that honor Godâs plan for your life.
With these steps, you can embrace faith-filled transformation and allow Godâs guidance to lead you toward clarity, courage, and a life rooted in His will.

đď¸A Prayer of Comfort for the Brokenheartedđď¸
Heavenly Father,
You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). I come to You for comfort, knowing You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear, for You are with me (Psalm 23:4).
Lord, You said, âBlessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comfortedâ (Matthew 5:4). Thank You for the hope that death has been swallowed up in victory through Christ (1 Corinthians 15:54). I hold on to Your promise that You will wipe away every tear and make all things new (Revelation 21:4).
In Jesusâ name, Amen.

Are YOU Angry at the Right Person? | Christian Counseling Insights
Have you ever noticed yourself getting angry with someone close to you, only to realize later that they might not even be the true source of your frustration? I want to share a story from one of my counseling sessions that may help you reflect on this.
A client came to me feeling deeply aggravated with his mother. He felt she was the cause of his irritation, but after some time, he realized something powerful: his mother wasnât the problem. She was simply the safe outlet for emotions he couldnât express elsewhere. The deeper issue stemmed from his father, who had been distant and emotionally unavailable, leaving him feeling insecure in that relationship. Since he didnât feel safe enough to express his anger toward his father, he directed it toward his mom, who had always shown unconditional love.
This story reminds us to take a step back and reflect. Are we truly angry at the person we think we are, or are they just a safe target? Who are we using as our emotional punching bag?
Letâs grow together by recognizing where our anger comes from and seeking healing, both emotionally and spiritually. Iâd love to hear your thoughtsâwhat stood out to you from this insight? Have you experienced something similar? Letâs discuss!
âBe angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent.â - Psalm 4:4

Bible Verses for Encouragement:
Matthew 11:28-30 â âCome to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.â
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 â âBut he said to me, âMy grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.â Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christâs power may rest on me.â
Psalm 34:18 â âThe Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.â
1 Peter 5:7 â âCast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.â

A Prayer for Peace
O Lord, you are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In you, I find my peace, for you have promised, âPeace I leave with you; my peace I give to youâ (John 14:27). Help me to be still and know that you are God (Psalm 46:10).
Guide me in paths of peace, Lord, and let your peace rule in my heart (Colossians 3:15). You keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you (Isaiah 26:3). I cast my cares on you, for you care for me (1 Peter 5:7).
Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

I Dare You: Fast for Others and Transform Your Mental Health
I dare you to fast, but not for yourself. Try making a small sacrifice for someone elseâs sake and see how it positively impacts your mental health.
Scripture shows us the power of selfless sacrifice:
âCarry each otherâs burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christâ (Galatians 6:2)
AND
âNow that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one anotherâs feetâ (John 13:14).
Fasting for others shifts your focus from self to others, deepening your connection with God and transforming your mental well-being.
Accept the challenge, do something meaningful, and experience the positive change.

Hope Is⌠Holy Spirit, Obedience, Promise of Salvation, Eternal Inheritanceâ
Did you know that the word HOPE can be understood through key scriptural principles? Each letter of the word holds a deep biblical truth that can guide your faith and strengthen your relationship with God:
H: Holy Spirit â Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we are filled with hope, joy, and peace. (Romans 15:13)
O: Obedience to God â Living out Godâs Word in action brings us closer to Him. (James 1:22)
P: Promise of Salvation â Salvation is promised to all who call upon the Lord. (Romans 10:13)
E: Eternal Inheritance â As believers, we are born again to a living hope, with an inheritance that never fades. (1 Peter 1:3-4)
Let these truths encourage and uplift you today! đâ¨

đâď¸How Jesusâ Love for the Church Guides Marriage
Did you know that the Bible teaches marriage as a reflection of Jesusâ relationship with the Church?
In Ephesians 5:25, we read, âHusbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself up for her.â This powerful message shows that husbands are called to love their wives selflessly and sacrificiallyâjust as Christ gave His life for the Church.
Similarly, Ephesians 5:22-24 encourages wives to respect and trust their husbands, submitting out of love and mutual care, just as the Church submits to Christ. This dynamic is not about power, but about deep love, respect, and service from both partners.
When both partners live out these roles, their marriage becomes a beautiful reflection of Christâs love for His bride, the Church.
