***Jonâs Oatsolutely Nutty Granola Recipe***
5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (blend 2 ½ cups into flour)
2 cups raw nuts (cashews, pecans, almonds)
1 Âź cups seeds (flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
1 tsp pink Himalayan or sea salt
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ cup olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
(Bake at 270°F, stir every 20 minutes for ~2 hours, then cool completely. Add dried or freeze-dried fruit after baking.)
