Back from my (very long) hiatus! This might be one of the best 30-day experiments I've done (and you might want to try it too)👉 https://youtu.be/F1QpUywlPwQ

Sorry for not uploading recently! We're super busy with moving to Finland, but I'll (hopefully) be back on track soon🤓 In the meantime, here's a project that Ottilie and I filmed & edited for The Arctic Triple! We followed runners completing an insanely beautiful 100-mile stage race in Northern Norway. I'm a bit biased, but I'd say it's worth a watch😁👉 https://youtu.be/r18vNEe-Bzc?si=9K_a4...

Here's some data from my first 100k run 3 years back. 13,000 calories, damn! After being injured for 2 years, it's kinda hard to believe I did that😲 (also, what's up with the 254 max HR😂😂)

A few snapshots from our project to follow Inge's and Jørn's incredible story in Northern Norway🤠

Here's what they did 14 years ago:
• They hiked to a remote bay with their surfboards.
• They built a hut out of driftwood and trash found on the beach.
• They only spent about 3€ on food during those 9 months.
• They gathered 3 tons of trash.
• They documented it all and created an award-winning film.

We wanted to get a taste of their experience, so we spent 4 days in their hut and living like they had done 14 years earlier.

Some things I learned:
• Hiking in high winds carrying a surfboard makes you feel like a human kite.
• Filming in rain, snow and slush without any protective gear will break your camera.
• 3-meter waves are not beginner-friendly. It's like you're in a laundry machine.
• There's an insane amount of trash on untouched beaches, which is both eye-opening and sad.
• Wet wood doesn't burn.
