Another major installation for Steel Plant, this time for Secondary Fume Extraction!
We are glad to design & commission Bag House for secondary fume extraction system (FES) for LRF in a steel plant. The capacity of the FES is as high as 5,50,000 CMH. The bag house consist of a pulse jet bag filter with electrically actuated dampers and manual dampers with control panel.

We are glad to commission dust collection system for ceramic industry at ceramic hub of India, Morbi for one of our ceramic manufacturing client.
The installed system consists of Cyclone Seperator, Reverse Pulse Jet Cartridge Filter, ID fan, Rotary Airlock Valve. Techflow have also designed and erected all the ducting in the plant. The DCS system has capacity 30,000 CMH of air using an 75kW ID fan.

Techflow is proud to commission one more Air Pollution Control Systems in an integrated steel plant. The installed system is capable to handle 4,20,000 m3/hr air flow and clean it using pulse jet bag filter. The entire system consist of both prmary and secondary fume extraction from the plant.
The primary FES is equipped with two 500 kW ID fan, swivel type suction hood, spark arrestor, dilution damper and rotary airlock valves for discharge. The PTFE coated bag dsigned to withstand 110 deg celcius an continuous operation.
