One of the best ways to overcome this burden is by knowing how much time you're spending on tasks. Time estimates are simple, but they help with: identifying bottlenecks and deeply understanding where your allocated time is going.
Minimize your teams overwhelm by providing them with benchmarks and dashboards, so they can better manage their workload.

Busy doesn't always mean productive.
Here is what helps me progress and get into deep work.
I schedule and time block all my work and personal to-dos.
My #ClickUp setup:
- A folder labeled âDaily Time Blockâ which houses 3 Lists: 1) âMorningâ, 2) âAfternoonâ, and 3) âEveningâ.
- Within these lists, I map out my day hour by hour to maximize my productivity.
- I assign different blocks of time (30, 60, or 90 minutes) using Custom Fields.
- I will do this the night before to prepare for the next day.
- My Google Calendar uses 2-way sync to reflect the tasks within my ClickUp. This helps me assign activities, schedule meetings, and have my deep work blocked off.
