How's everyone doing? 😊 Had to pop on because one of my oldest friends has started sharing her valuable experience, Rhi (@rhi.bowden) is blinkin' amazing! She's overcome so much and is now helping others, well technically she's been helping others for years, building up a Physiotherapy business from scratch, but now she's gone digital. She has a podcast with Suzanne that is all about looking after yourself, but so much more.

So proud of this amazing niece of mine! Getting all the recognition she deserves for all the hard work she's been putting into raising awareness for Tetralogy of Fallot❤️ and funds for Ronald McDonald House, Bristol. Over £5000 raised! Good morning 🌞 I wish the sun was shining here 🤣☔ I nearly didn't go for a walk this morning, it was gloomy and raining so thought I'd go to Aldi instead...en route I was thinking and ended up in the little forestry that's local to me...with white trainers🤣
All it takes is that first step! Oh and I didn't end up in Aldi because I ran out of time🤣 Have a lovely day 😊

This was on one of my walks this week, I didn't do one today because my hula hoop was delivered and I've spent the afternoon hilariously trying to get to grips with that 🤣
Anyway, the point of this post is because I had a message from the lovely Julie who's been motivated to get out for a walk at lunchtime! I motivated someone😯me!...in fact 2 people! Jayne has also been motivated to get out for a walk too! Which in turn motivates me more🥰 It's catching guys😜 don't put it off any longer, get out there and get some fresh air, maybe not now because it's 9pm but tomorrow...I know I will be 😊 Have an amazing weekend all, and thank you😘

Having a bit of trouble posting the video I was meant to but I did have a back up...not my usual but it's a compilation of all the times my kids have scared me🤣 Hope you enjoy as much as they did! Not me...I definitely didn't enjoy it at the time😉🤣
