My name is Mohammad Reza Rostami, and I hail from Tehran, Iran. At 63 years old, I boast over three decades of experience as a coach, specializing in Shotokan Karate in the JSKA style under the esteemed guidance of Master Bahrami. Five years ago, I was honored with the Dan 7 rank by Mr. Bahrami himself.
Presently, I serve as the coach at a prominent sports club in Tehran, where I oversee more than forty students of varying ages and skill levels. Our club prides itself on fostering a warm and inclusive environment while adhering to the latest advancements in training methodologies.
We dedicate three days a week to training in kata, kumite, and kihon disciplines within our gym. Each session is meticulously recorded, and I plan to showcase these techniques on my YouTube channel for fellow martial arts enthusiasts.
