🌟 Inner Child Healing Meditation – A Gentle Step-by-Step Guide
🧘‍♀️ Step 1: Create a Safe Space
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position. Gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Let your body settle into calmness and presence.

🌬 Step 2: Focus on the Breath
Breathe in slowly through your nose…
Hold your breath for 3 seconds…
Then exhale gently through your mouth.
Repeat this cycle for a few minutes. Let each breath ground you, soften your muscles, and bring you into stillness.

🌈 Step 3: Meet Your Inner Child
Visualize yourself as a child. Notice the age, the clothes, the expression on your face.
Gently invite your inner child to come closer. Allow this vision to unfold naturally. There’s no right or wrong—just be present.

💬 Step 4: Connect and Listen
Speak softly to your inner child as you would to someone you deeply love.
Say:

"I see you. I hear you. I’m here to care for you now."
Notice any emotions or messages that arise. Let your inner child speak. Be a quiet, loving listener—no judgment, just presence.

🤲 Step 5: Offer Love and Healing
Imagine wrapping your arms around your inner child in a warm, gentle hug.
Visualize a glowing light from your heart flowing into theirs.
Say, silently or aloud:

"You are enough. You are loved. You are safe."

🌟 Step 6: Return with Gratitude
When you feel complete, thank your inner child for showing up and trusting you.
Take several deep, grounding breaths.
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.
You can return to this meditation anytime you need to reconnect with your heart.
