You need to register as a psychologist before you can practice psychology in Singapore.

The new 42 Singapore programme to train people in ICT is now open for admissions. It's free and there's no teachers or classrooms. Instead, it utilizes a peer-learning system.
If you hit a certain level in the curriculum, it's actually an EU recognised French Diploma which is equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
However, the selection process is incredibly rigorous and includes a 2 hour memory and logic test followed by a 26 day selection where you work and collab with other applicants on projects.
It's also a full-time programme and will take up about 40hrs/week for about 3 years.
