TODAY IS MY 36TH BIRTHDAY! 🎂
And I’m officially calling it my “DOUBLE 18” year 💜
Why? Well, let me take you back for a second...
When I turned 18 years old, it felt huge. It was the first time in my life where I really felt like I was growing up.
Of course, I could legally buy 18+ stuff (not that I really drank or smoked, haha) but more than that, I finally felt like I was responsible for my own life. Like I was finally in control of my own path!
Now, here I am… TWICE that age.
And when I checked in with myself, I realized something kind of wild:
I FEEL YOUNGER NOW AT 36 THAN WHEN I DID AT 18.
Seriously. I feel lighter. Happier. Healthier.
More in love. More at peace.
But at the same time? Somehow even more ambitious and inspired than ever.
Still hungry to grow. Still driven to make a difference in this world.
Nightfam, the truth is, for a long time...
I used to associate getting older with pressure. With fear. With struggle.
Like many people, I saw aging as something to dread.
But not anymore.
Today, as I step into “double 18,” I feel nothing but gratitude.
Because it took years of growth, reflection, support, and so much love to get here!
And I honestly feel so deeply, truly blessed to be able to say this with my whole heart:
I KNOW THAT 18-YEAR-OLD AGON IS VERY PROUD OF HIS "DOUBLE 18" SELF.
Now, all I can do is promise him that the 36-year-old Agon will make him even prouder by pursuing even BIGGER dreams! (Especially because he now has a wonderful Sonya beside him, too.)
So, my dear Nightfam, I hope that wherever you are in your own journey, you’re doing things that would also make your past self and your future self proud.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being with me all these years.
