Well, I was trying to make a fun, short video - and I accidentally made a 47-minute epic!

Publishing on Friday. What oddities do you think it includes?

My latest Patreon video is up over on my Patreon page - this month, I took my patrons on a tour of two 19th-century Gothic museums in Rouen, France. I explored the Gustave Flaubert Museum (which is really just a strange collection of medical oddities) and the breathtaking Secq des Tournelles Wrought Iron Museum.

My Patreon videos are always a little bit more 'off the cuff,' less scripted, and more informal!

If you become a Patron, you get an extra video every month, access to my back catalogue of Patreon videos, all of my public videos Ad-free and Early, and invitations to my annual in-person tours.

I hope to see you there!

We're meeting at St Clement Danes Church at 2pm, and we'll finish the tour around 5pm at a Smithfield pub.

I've just released my latest Patrons-only video over on Patreon - this one is a doozy at nearly an hour long!

www.patreon.com/posts/december-patrons-118880479?u…

It's an in-depth tour of the "Medieval Women: In Their Own Words" exhibition at the British Library, and I personally think it is fascinating.

To gain access to this video (as well as a lot of other Patron-only videos and content), head over to my Patreon page and sign up as a patron. You can also purchase this video as a one-off for £5 (£7.50 on the app).

I recently noticed that while there are a million Facebook groups for travel tips to every city imaginable, and tons of art lovers - there didn't seem to be a community where people could share their reviews, questions, tips, and photos of museums around the world. So I created one!

Join me over on Facebook - share your favourite museum, and let me know that you came from YouTube. I'd be delighted to see you there!

I was thinking of popping across the Channel in mid-January to film a tour of the newly-reopened Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Would you be interested in watching, or will I have missed the zeitgeist?

Hello! I am just about to film one of two Christmas videos, and I wanted your opinion. Would you prefer a video at Hever Castle (Tudor Christmas) or Kensington Palace (Victoria's Childhood Christmas)?

Let me know your preference!

Well, Hallowe'en is over for another year, and it is now time to focus on less spooky content (oh, who am I kidding?). I am heading to Paris next week, and I have plans to film Pére Lachaise, as well as one other museum or church. But I am unsure about which one!

So, I thought I would put out a poll between some of the options I have been considering. What do you think? You can also add an idea in the comments.
