The whole family is prepping for our annual sojourn back to the United States, this year will be our longest stay since moving out of the US. I am planning something new (new for me) I plan to VLOG for 20 straight days. It will be a challenge, but I think it can make our trip more enjoyable as I will seek out unique cultural locals and events. I think the process can really help me grow as a creator.
We are planning an epic road trip cutting across 12 to 13 states from Washington D.C. to South Carolina, Mississippi, Arkansas, (maybe Texas), Tennessee, and back to D.C. before flying back to the UK. I guess it's more of a road trip across the American South. As Blair and I have Southern roots this is an extended trip back home. But it will be new for our children. The twins were born in the UK and Matthew was 3 when we moved to the UK almost 5 years ago. Our children know much more of British culture than American culture at this point. We want to show our kids where we are from and the best parts of Southern culture.
America is a vibrant, eclectic, and culturally juxtaposing country. You never know whatβs going to happen and that can be good or bad. Either way it will be exciting.
We are praying for Safe Travels.

It's Spring! Blair and I are focusing on work, kids, self, and our relationship. With so many moving pieces in our lives, it's a chore to keep it all balanced. I'm sure you understand. Everyone has to keep it together- your job, your friends, your family, etc.
And so, to keep myself motivated, I will follow the seasons... it's Spring a time for renewal and new beginnings.
In our recent upload, of our Parenting Podcast, Blair and I discuss how we balance work, kids, self, and our relationship.
Check it out and leave a comment of how you keep yourself and your life balanced.

Mac here π
I have been hiking more and I am really starting to enjoy the nature side of the UK. The boys Tre, Braeden, and Matthew told me that want to go camping so expect to see more outdoor activity on the channel as the weather warms up this year.
First we need to get a tent that can hold 5 to 8.

How it started. vs. How it's going.
As parents who already had 4 children, Blair and I are surprised by how much joy the twins have added to our family.
