Hey Folks! Long time no see. The world has become stranger, and I am feeling the obligation to return to this channel with new videos. Till then, I'm celebrating the solo career of my dear friend Paula Fong. I know of no finer human being, and her gifts as a singer-songwriter are blooming so quickly that I can hardly keep up. Here is the first video from her CD release concert. It's a perfect song to kick off your weekend!

Hey Folks! Tomorrow is the long delayed tribute concert in honor of the great Ric Taylor. It's at Tarzana Community & Cultural Center at 1:00pm. It's free. I'll be doing two of Ric's songs. One right at the beginning, and the other to close the show. Also, we'll be serving my legendary chili for as long as it lasts.
This here is one of Ric's songs that was recorded by my good friends Jason Gutierrez and his band, including his dad, my old buddy, Sal Guitarez. Really good work.

Blue Collar Logic is, in short, the ongoing search for 'what works'. That has to be a good-faith project, taken on with blinders OFF. Dave Morrison has been a Democrat, and a Republican, but is now proudly Post-Partisan. It's clear to him that human-kind naturally contains both liberals and conservatives. Those who crave the new, and those who are wary of change. Society needs both, so that society can make progress without driving off a cliff.
