Had an amazing three nights camping and 4x4'ing with my son in and around Kosciusko National Park. While the weather at times was far from ideal, the vehicle is shaping up as quite the touring rig trips like this. I'll have to share some more pictures when I get through them all, we had some pretty cool encounters with brumbies and an alpine dingo up close. Plus the scenery was mint !!!

Took a while, huge jump, and I've landed in a strange land.
I've hit the deck running, as usual, and the only way I know is 4,000 miles an hour......
Now, I'm off to Lithuania for a much overdue visit to Pulsar Vision and the world of thermal optics.

Comes with red and green filters, magnetic mount, remote switch and a neet little hard case for storage.
I can appreciate the wireless remote switch as it lets you place this in another location on a firearm to easily flick the light on or off.
The magnetic mounts are great, even just banging the light on a rollbar or steel structure in a hunting vehicle for easy access. I've used these mounts for many years now and I have a Javalot with me every night out if I am on the quad or ute for finding dead critters. Or looking for lost vehicle tracks in the dark...... yes, happens to us all.

What scope should I put on this.....
Hardy Rifle Project X Hunter, which I've been sent via Ben at Hunt The Night to play with.
This will be the rifle I hunt with over the rut, and probably again in the NT later in the year (fingers crossed).
It's very VERY tidy, ultra lightweight, adjustable comb, and of course..... chambered in 308Win.
