In this channel I create videos which examine practical, real world strategies and tools to become more mindful, productive, and compasionate. I.e. living well, serving life and becoming your best self.
That includes tips on mindfullness, meditation, and mindset, short "nature" vids, and training on how to more effectively prioritize and manage your time, your work, and your energy.

My wife and I live on a small farm in the Wisconsin countryside, and love it.
Majored in: Pschology, minored in Computer Science
Had a successful 40 year career in IT, including 20 plus years as a "top gun" project manager
We love animals, expecially dogs. We currently have 2 fur babies, David Bowie and his sister Ziggy Starsdust.
