I think I'm done.
For years I've been trying to build a social media presence and become an independent artist with YT as a means to an end - has it worked?
Not really.
I could try and frame this as success:
Have I grown my skills and learned in the process? Have I met tons of interesting people? Have I lived a life I could have only dreamed of a few yers ago?
"Yes", to all of that!
And yet I think it's time to end this chapter.
Sometimes it's easier and more comforting to uphold the misery you know, than to meet the ambiguousness of the unknown. And I think that's what I've been doing for a while.
I've became so attached to the idea of being a storyteller and artist, that I forbid myself from moving on and naturally evolving beyond my self imposed ideal.
That storyteller and artist had to die. Even though I resisted for a while.
It was time.
PS: I don't mean to say, that I will never upload again. I still like to tell stories, make art and share it. So I will - someday again. But maybe more out of joy and passion and less because of self proclaimed necessity.

Hi, uhm ... I completely forgot to tell you that I'm not sure I'm happy with my dream life.
I thought I would be. I thought I would know when I am. But all I know now - now that I realised I've been living the dream for quite a while - is that I did not fully think this through ...
I was only seeing what I wanted, maybe I was only seeing what I wanted to see. But I did not bother a second to think about the unintended consequences of chasing my dreams.
Maybe that's something we speak too little about.
Consequences. Responsibility. Accountability.

What Is Freedom? 4 years ago I posed that question and tried answering it with the help of people from all over the world ... but that was just a starting point really. Since then I've spend a lot of time thinking about what Freedom really means and now I've made a video sharing 5 of the most overlooked aspects and most important lessons around the meaning of Freedom.

Beyond investigating the Bermuda Triangle of missing socks and passionately debating the pineapple-pizza-gate, life can often feel like a tsunami of overwhelming shower thoughts ... I mean:
🌀 What on earth is happening with AI?
🌀 Has mindfulness become as mindless as IG captions?
🌀 And might “Truth” be nothing, but one big, fake, overpriced marketing campaign?
Confused? So am I! 😵💫 But, in the meantime, I want to know:
