The #1 mistake after a breakup?
Thinking the answer is finding someone new.

But real healing doesn’t start with dating.
It starts with remembering yourself. 🌟

The you before the heartbreak.
Before the pain. Before the loss.

Letting go isn’t about erasing the past —
It’s about coming home to the version of you who felt whole.

So here I am, taking my little stroll through this familiar cemetery in Denmark—the FULL SPECTRUM of birth, all inbetween and ultimate departure of this Earth life experience. And wow, it’s bringing up all the big-ticket stuff: heartbreak, loss, and theĀ sheer thrillĀ of singlehood at this age. It's the whole montage of things I once thought, ā€œNah, that’ll never be me,ā€ and yet... here we are. I’m finally breathing out, processing it all, like I've been holding my breath through some emotional boxing match and can finally sit down in my favorite spot—my old "happy place." Hard to believe, but it was only five years ago when I’d sit here practically bursting with gratitude, feeling like life had granted me a backstage pass to bliss.

Ah, the never-ending cycles of life, right? The highs, the lows, and all the unexpected plot twists. Now here I am, same bench, next to… a well. Maybe it’s a wishing well? Who knows. It’s just me, a worn-out bench, and God, who, by the way, seems to have decided I could use the ā€œfull experience package.ā€ Apparently, I was all in for this adventure—"Sign me up forĀ allĀ the feelings!" And there’s this sense of connection I can't even describe, this flow of divine energy that makes it all seem worth it, even the mess. It’s like I know, deep down, that I signed up for every single moment, the good and the gut-wrenching. I could cry all the rivers I want, but every one of them flows back to this simple truth: life is meant to be lived, savored, and—when it’s all too much—just survived.

So, if I’m being real, here’s what I’ve learned: heartbreak, disappointment, failed attempts—they’re just part of the grand curriculum. It’s contrast, baby! And once we finally let go of all theĀ heavy stuff, suddenly life feels fresh again. Like we’re seeing with new eyes, like a newborn on its first stroll. But here’s the secret sauce, the magic trick:Ā reallyĀ letting go. Wiping that slate clean, as if it was all just a dream we had once. Because really, isn’t that all life is—a bunch of fleeting memories?

So, here’s the plan: wake up today, shake off yesterday, and open up to the fresh new page that’s today. Because that’s the only moment that counts, and it’s filled with all the experiences waiting for us to stumble right into them.
