A client saw my video on YouTube and reached out to me to discuss online marketing strategy for his assisted living facilities in Minnesota.

We discussed his goals and priorities and he wanted to start by re-designing his website.

We discussed website pages, content, layout, services, locations and deadline for his website and send his a propoal for a website design project.

I finished the website that has 25 pages, and send him to review the site.

Feedback- so many changes and work needed to be done as I used a lot of content for senior living, however they were taking both seniors and younger people.

Started giving a final touch to the website, design, colour themes and content based on business services and asked him to review the site again.

THIS TIME WE WERE ON THE SAME PAGE AND HE LIKED MY WORK.

He still gave me some final suggestions and updates and I will be doing that sometime today and tomorrow.

I have been thinking- “working with clients who bring out the best in you is a blessing”.

Some clients will like what they get, some will want more, some has a picture of what they want but cant express.

As a marketer or business owner it is our responsibility to find what the client wants and make it happen as per their expectations.

Everything single thing you do for your clients, gets noticed by them.
