Hi,
If I was to coach you. Which of these options sounds most fun to you?
1. Monthly subscription. We work on long term goals, splits, bridges and needles at the same time.
2. 8 week challenge. You set your own goal for the 8 weeks and based on that I provide you with materials, live coaching and accountability.
3. Mini course. You buy it one time and have it for ever. You do it whenever you want. (no live coaching)
4. Personalized monthly programs.

Walk = -1000kcal (4h comfortable pace with breaks) 🚶‍♀️🚶🚶‍♂️

Never underestimate a good walk. Walking can really burn heaps of callories, build muscle and prevent livestyle diseases. I myself, love walking, running and biking both to commute and for leisure. I have not always like it, and being outside in the rain sucks sometimes but in the end it is all about your mindset. ☀️

I would love to know if anyone else here is biking/walking/running to work or for leisure and what makes you do it (health, traffic..)? Perhaps you are considering making the switch? 🧠

Handstands are 60% strength and 40% balance. 💪🏻🤸🏼‍♀️

So the more conditioning you do, the faster you will get good at hand balancing! If you need ideas for hand balancing exercises, check out my latest "From Zero to Handstand Hero" series, where I share my favourite exercises for each level of your journey (beginner, intermediate and advanced).

Which do you prefer?

Stretching your back or stretching your legs ?
Perhaps both ?

I have a theory… People that are hypermobile prefer back and those that are not prefer legs ?
Can that be true ?
I would really love to some of you feedback to find this out.

Comment which one you prefer and if you are hypermobile (if you don’t know you can use “Beighton score” to find out).
