Hereâs the truth: itâs not enough to just stretch or lift weights.
You need all three - working together - to move with ease, prevent falls, and keep doing the things you love.
đš Balance keeps you steady and confident
đš Strength powers every step, lift, and twist
đš Mobility gives your joints the freedom to move well
Neglect one, and the others suffer. Train all three, and your body will thank you for decades.
Donât wait for a fall or injury to remind you how important this is. Start now.
Even 10 minutes a day can make a massive difference.

One thing that has always helped me whenever I suffer from a setback is to remember:
âYouâre not starting from scratch. Youâre starting from experience.â

Just arrived back from a wonderful trip away to relax and unwind.
Going to new places and seeing new things is my favourite way to enjoy time off. I find it expands your mind and I always come home with fresh ideas or a new perspective.
Where has your favourite recent trip been to?

What's one major health lesson you've learned in the past year?
I feel like I learn something new every week. My most recent lesson is that it does NOT take nearly as many sets of resistance training to build and maintain muscle as I originally thought.
I was recently feeling exhausted after my workouts so decided to cut my training right down, fully expecting to see results slip away...
And yet, the opposite happened! I am getting stronger and making better progress than ever.
Funny how the body can surprise you sometimes. Drop your biggest health lesson below!
