📉 $300 one-time jobs vs. $5K/month contracts. 📈

Which one would you rather build your cleaning business on?

Most people start by chasing house cleaning jobs because it’s familiar.

But here’s why it’s hard to scale:

1. Clients cancel

2. Schedules shift

3. It’s tough to staff

4. Up and Down months

Meanwhile, office cleaning?
✅ Recurring contracts
✅ Predictable schedules
✅ Easier to build systems
✅ Easier to hire and train

Want a business that scales easier? Start commercial.

Let’s talk about what an extra $10K/month actually feels like…

Especially when you already have a job.

Because let’s be honest, if you’re here, on YouTube looking into starting a business then you’re probably not broke.

You’re not living in your car.

You’ve got a paycheck. Maybe a house. A family. Some stability.

But you’re stuck in this weird middle zone:

You make enough not to panic

But not enough to feel free

And deep down you know—you could be doing more

So you’ve been chasing the idea of “extra” income.

Something on the side.

Maybe $5K–$10K/month so you can breathe a little easier.

But here’s the truth most people don’t talk about:

An extra $10K/month doesn’t feel like money.

It feels like options.

It feels like not checking your account before booking the flight.

It feels like buying your kid the good version—not the Amazon knockoff.

It feels like looking at your job and knowing, “I don’t need this anymore.”

That’s what an extra $10K/month really buys you.

Not Ferraris. Not yachts.

Breathing room. Leverage. Power.

And here’s the flip side:

If you don’t make a move soon…

You’ll look up in December this year, still at the same job, still feeling stuck, and the dream you’ve been “thinking about” will just be another thing you never did.

That’s the real cost.

Not the money.

The time you can’t get back.

So if you’ve been waiting on a sign, or just a little nudge, here it is…

Start Making Moves! lol

Why Starting a Cleaning Business is *WAY* Better Than Buying One 💰

Thinking about buying a cleaning business? Hold up—you might want to start your own instead. Here’s why:

1️⃣ It’s WAY Cheaper – Buying a business can cost a fortune. Starting your own? You can get up and running for way less and actually control where your money goes.

2️⃣ You’re Not Stuck With Someone Else’s Mess – When you buy a business, you’re inheriting *everything*—the systems, the habits, and possibly a bunch of problems the last owner left behind. Fixing that mess? Not fun.

3️⃣ You Get to Build the Culture You Want – When you start fresh, you set the vibe. No trying to fix a toxic work culture or change bad employee habits—you build it --your way-- from the start.

4️⃣ No Dealing With Nightmare Clients – Buying a business means taking on all their clients—good and bad. If they signed bad contracts or took on nightmare clients, guess what? You’re stuck with them. Starting your own means working with *who you want.*

"Why Most People Will NEVER Start Their Cleaning Business (Even Though It's Their Best Shot At Freedom)"

I talk to dozens of people every month who say they want to start a cleaning business. The harsh truth? 90% of them will still be stuck in the same job next year.

✅ The market is getting more competitive EVERY DAY. Customer acquisition costs have risen dramatically over the past few years. Those easy early wins are disappearing fast.

✅ The automation tools that make this business scalable are becoming mainstream. What was once a competitive advantage is becoming the bare minimum to survive.

✅ Corporate cleaning chains are expanding aggressively. They're buying up the independent operations that waited too long to grow and systematize.

Here's what most people don't realize: The cleaning business isn't complicated, but it DOES have a window of opportunity. And that window is closing faster than most realize.

I've seen too many smart, capable people wait for the "perfect time" only to find themselves competing in a much tougher market a year later, wishing they'd started sooner.

The business model still works beautifully—but only for those who take action NOW rather than endlessly "researching" while others actually build.

What's the ONE thing holding you back from starting TODAY?

Why I've Stopped Hiring "Experienced" Cleaners EARLY on

I wasted months chasing "experienced cleaners" when I started my business. Big mistake.

Here's what nobody tells you:

✅ Beginners = bigger talent pool. When you're starting out, people with zero cleaning experience are your secret weapon. No baggage, just pure potential.

✅ Your methods stick better. Training someone fresh means they learn YOUR system first, not whatever hodgepodge of techniques they picked up elsewhere.

✅ Zero pushback on your standards. Never hear "that's not how we did it at ABC Cleaning" when you're trying to build your brand your way.

Veteran cleaners have their place - but not in those critical early days when you're establishing your business identity.

The blank slate hires will help you grow faster while the "experienced" ones often just slow you down with their preconceptions.

Sometimes the industry "wisdom" is exactly what's holding you back.

Do you look for beginners or experienced cleaners, let's discuss! 👇

YesTHE 4 QUARTER LOGIC THAT WILL CHANGE ANY CLEANING BUSINESS OVERNIGHT

Most cleaning entrepreneurs are killing themselves trying to stack 100 pennies when they could just grab 4 quarters.

Think about it...

If your goal is $25,000 monthly revenue:
• You could hustle for 50 small accounts at $500 each
• OR land just 5 premium contracts at $5,000 each

Same money. Drastically different business.

With those small accounts, you're juggling 50 different locations, schedules, invoices, relationships, and headaches.

With premium contracts, you're focusing your entire operation on delivering excellence to just 5 clients who actually value what you provide.

Stop collecting pennies when quarters are sitting right there waiting to be picked up.

The smart money is focusing on fewer, bigger, better clients.

Are you up for the challenge?

If You Don’t Start with Systems, You’re Building Yourself Another Job—Not a Business.

I see it all the time. Someone gets the itch to start a cleaning business.

They land their first client, maybe two. And because they want to “save money” or “learn the ropes,” they do the cleaning themselves.

Fast forward a few months… and guess what? They’re stuck.

Cleaning six days a week, ten hours a day. Exhausted. Burnt out. And worst of all?

Trapped in the very thing they were trying to escape.

How do I know? Because I did it!!!

When I started my cleaning business, I thought, “I’ll just do the cleaning for now and hire later.”

That little “for now” turned into months of scrubbing toilets and mopping floors like an hourly employee.

😒 Now before you start getting all sensitive, I love cleaning!

Anyone who knows my story knows I started out as a cleaner.

But I didn't start this business to clean offices professionally.

I started this business create good jobs, serve great clients, and to build something REAL for myself and family.

So here’s a tough pill to swallow: If you don’t build systems from day one, you probably never will.

Most people don’t get “too busy” to systemize their business. They get comfortable.

They get trapped in their own routine. And before they know it, they’ve built a prison with their own two hands.

So, let me save you months—maybe years—of wasted time.

Before you ever touch a mop, have a plan.
✅ Who’s going to do the work? (Hint: It shouldn’t be you.)
✅ How are you pricing jobs to afford a cleaner?
✅ What’s your client onboarding process?
✅ What’s your hiring plan for when contracts start stacking up?

If you don’t have answers, *STOP.* Because if you’re not thinking about these things now, you’re setting yourself up for failure later.

Most People Fail in Business Because They’re Surrounded by the Wrong People.

You can Google strategies. You can watch YouTube videos. But if you don’t have the right people around you, it’s easy to stay stuck.

That’s why I built a private Skool community for people actually building automated cleaning businesses.

No fluff, no “maybe someday” energy—just:

✅ Real conversations with people landing contracts & scaling
✅ Lessons from others’ wins (and mistakes)** so you move faster
✅ A space where you’re pushed to take action—not just consume info

This isn’t just about learning. It’s about building, together.

If that’s what you need, come join us!

🔥 You Already KNOW The Office Cleaning Business Is a Home run… So Why Haven’t You Started?

You KNOW office cleaning contracts pay monthly, upfront, and on autopilot.

And you’re probably thinking:

👉 “I just need to find time to start.”
👉 “What if I mess something up?”
👉 “I need to get everything perfect first.”

I get it—I hesitated too. But waiting doesn’t get you closer to freedom. Action does.

And the truth is, this business is simpler than you think.

That’s why I put together my 7-Day Cleaning Business Launch.

So you can stop overthinking and just follow the steps that actually work.

✅ How to land your first client FAST (without cold calling for hours)
✅ How to price & position yourself like a premium service
✅ How to automate the work so you’re not stuck cleaning yourself

And right now? It’s 100% FREE. But not forever.
