Hey there! Hope you've been doing well. This is just a quick update to let you know that more videos are on the way, with the next one coming very soon. I've been researching as much as I can about its topic, which is why it has been taking a while to make, but I'm really excited to share it with you once it's all done. See you soon!

Calling all mappers! Wherever you are in your Doom mapping journey, you'll definitely want to check out this video featuring some fantastic tips and tricks shared by the one and only Dragonfly! The video premieres in two days (Feb. 13) at 2pm EST.

P.S.: Having been pretty sick (and with nearly losing my voice) recently, I've been working a lot on some new video ideas, as I realize there's only been one or two videos that have gone up so far this year lol. As soon as my voice is fully back at 100%, I'll begin recording again like normal, so stay tuned!

A few weeks ago, composer and mapper Paul Corfiatis released a non-Doom album titled, "Heavenly", comprised of instrumental pop rock, house, and experimental electronic tracks. A music video for one of them, "Strange Land", features a combination of abstract visuals with pcorf playing in his studio. If you're looking for a new flavor of music to listen to, this is definitely something you don't want to miss!

Hope your new year has been off to a great start! Today marks the release of "The Origin", an album by Tristan Clark comprised of all the music he made for Eviternity II. It premieres in just a couple hours on his YouTube channel and is already available on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music and Tidal. Check the description in his video below for links. Another MIDI album is here: listen to Varis Alpha's End of 2024 MIDI Compilation below! It's made up of various MIDIs, featuring both recent and older, unreleased material. Lots of great tunes to be heard! You can also get it on Bandcamp here: varisalpha.bandcamp.com/album/end-of-2024-midi-com…

Tell me about your musical background. Are you a composer? Do you make maps and are looking for MIDIs for your WAD? Are you trying to learn more about making MIDIs in general? All answers are welcome. The below choices are simplified, and YouTube only allows for four poll answers, so please feel free to elaborate in the comments! I'd love to get to know you better and hear you tell your story surrounding music.

Happy Friday! ICYMI, Dwars has released NOH!, a compilation of original post-rock MIDIs with many having a nice dream-like quality. Along with his gaming channel, he has contributed to notable projects like Not Even Remotely Fair and the No Rest for the Living MIDI Pack. Head over and show some love, and if you're a mapper, these tunes will make excellent accompaniments to your WAD!

Not all Doom music has to come in MIDI form - James Paddock et al. have just dropped a bangin’ music video for “Eviternal”, a song centered around the events of the Eviternity WADs. Watch now!
