Do you use non-compete agreements? The FTC is banning them — there will be lawsuits and it’s not effective for 120 days, but good to start thinking now on replacing them with free-standing NDAs

Today's the 20th Anniversary of my first website!!! 💜🙋🏻♀️ I launched my first business twenty years ago, on April 1st -- back then I did estate planning and financial planning for individuals. A few years later I pivoted to small business law because I had so many clients who wanted me to help them with their business stuff too!
