Very doable poses for beginners!
A lot of poses in there I normally teach children (who have bad body awerenress).
So you can probably do it too ;)
Ask a friend, and give this a try!
Maybe another friend, that you have a spotter in case the flyer would fall.

Here you can find: unicycle toturials (from a very beginner level unicycling to tricks on a unicylce), other unicycle video's, acroyoga and acrobatics stuff, arm- and handbalancing, anything circus related. Last but not least: content from unicycle and circus festivals and championships!!
