I love our little church steeple in our small town in France. It always looks like sheโ€™s batting her eyes and letting out a slow yawn.๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

Itโ€™s spring here in France and Iโ€™m starting to feel homesick for my garden back in LA. This used to be such a busy time for me getting everything ready for spring planting. So I decided I needed to bring a little California into our French yard! We bought two lemon trees, two orange trees, some rosemary and two rose Topiaries. Iโ€™ll have to blanket the citrus in the winter. They have a special tarp for that apparently but I donโ€™t care itโ€™s a small price to pay ha ha ha ha I think Iโ€™ll be so happy to have my old pals back with me! I must say their blossoms were a sight for sore eyes. Canโ€™t wait to decorate some lemon desserts with them. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‚

There are times when adjusting to a new life in France, that little things like this just totally make my day! A simple pear tatin served up In the most beautiful way! I just sat there staring at it and then of course took the picture! And yes, it was quite delicious!
