I've heard from many of you that you need a bit more time to prepare for the IF:45 program, so I've decided to move the start date to June 10th!

As women, we often put everyone else first, whether we're mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, partners, or professionals. Life's chaos can get in the way of our goals. But what if taking care of your health could be simple?

That's where Intermittent Fasting comes in. It's a strategy I love for women in middle age. It's free, flexible, and effective when done correctly.

IF:45 is my program designed specifically for women. Over 45 days, you'll get weekly content that lets you progress at your own pace. There will also be recorded Q&A calls, so you never miss out on valuable insights, and you can submit your questions beforehand if you can't join live.

It's time to take back your health!

Between 60 and 80% of American adults are potassium deficient.

This deficiency is largely due to diets heavy in processed foods, which lack potassium. Even health-conscious individuals often struggle to meet these targets solely through diet. 🥗

Potassium is essential for balancing sodium intake and promoting overall health, yet it's often overlooked in both diets and supplement routines.

Potassium plays numerous essential roles in your body:
✅ Regulating blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and counterbalancing sodium effects.
✅ Acting as an electrolyte for nerve signal transmission.
✅ Lowering the risk of kidney stones by enhancing calcium absorption.
✅ Supporting insulin release for better blood sugar control.
✅ Helping prevent osteoporosis by neutralizing acidity.
✅ Maintaining proper hydration and fluid balance in tissues.

So, if you're looking to get your daily dose of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, give LMNT a try. 🤩

As we age, many things decline: Think collagen production, stress resiliency, sleep quality, etc.

Maintaining good muscle health through regular exercise and a balanced diet can positively impact metabolic health which improves insulin sensitivity, increases metabolic rate, balances hormones, reduces inflammation, and enhances mitochondrial function.

So, first course of action: Increase protein to your diet and incorporate daily movement (strength training is important).

And if you need more support, try supplementing with Creatine Monohydrate which helps with muscle health, and pair it with @timelinenutrition , a Urolithin A supplement which helps with muscle strength and endurance! If you haven’t tried Mitopure yet, use code CYNTHIA to get 10% off! 🙂

I’ve always emphasized that getting enough protein is important, especially as you get older. Protein helps you build muscle, lose unwanted fat, strengthens your immune system, and keeps your energy levels high throughout the day.

If you want to try it and help your body get more protein, check out their website and don’t forget to use my code “CYNTHIA20” when you purchase to get a special discount! 🙌 equipfoods.com/cynthia20
