Is there an exact release date?
Release is May 7th, 2025
How much will the game cost?
The price will be 10.99$
Is music AI generated?
No! Music is licensed from the usual contributors to the channel. Including some new original tracks, and new composers!
Did you make it alone?
Yes, for the art and programming part, except the music as mentioned above.
What Engine did you use? How long did it take to develop?
I made the game in Unity, the game itself took a year to make. A lot of the art was done during the years before but had to be adapted to work in the game.
Will it be on Mac?
It will not be on game release, but a few weeks after.
Will it be released outside of Steam?
I’m focusing on Steam and PC first, then I will see if it is possible to have it on mobile.
Will the game be updated with new music and art?
Yes, that’s the plan, regular updates with new locations and playlists.
Is there going to be a lot of character customization like similar games?
The character is Ithya, so character personalization will be limited, mostly outfit changes, but there are many options for the room decoration and many different outside scenes.
Is there going to be lore and story for Ithya?
Not a lot, it’s not the goal of the app.
There is a map with the location of every scene and a bit of lore.
I’m planning to expand the lore but it will come in another format, maybe a book.
Will you continue making Ithya on YouTube, if there is a game?
Yes! But Youtube has many issues, the algo is very random, the flood of AI music, ads revenue doesn't pay much at this point.
So the game will help finance the channel and new projects.

Great news, the game is complete!
I finished the final build, the release will be on May 7th!
It was tons of work, so I had to take a break from YouTube.
