Larry and Vicky have been traveling together for 50 years. Our first trip together was when we were 17 year old kids and her parents asked if Larry would like to go on a fishing trip to a cabin in Michigan with them. Then 47 years ago we got married and turned our honeymoon into an adventure by âwinging itâ. We just started driving south until we got to New Orleans!! As fate would have it, our car started acting up as soon as we got to the French Quarter. The first gas station we pulled into said they could fix our car PLUS they would store it inside the garage so it would be safe! We have travelled to New Orleans by car, motorcycle and the âCity of New Orleansâ train! After our honeymoon we decided to act like grown ups and raise our family but as soon as we became empty nesters, our travels started again. Fifteen years of summer vacations turned into what is now our third year of winter traveling in a camper. Now that Larry is retired itâs time to share our adventures!
