Hello my beautiful friends. I am now in LA, safe, and hoping everyone is safe as well. My heart goes out to those affected by the fires, I cannot imagine losing your home. We are doing everything we can here to get things donated and distributed to those affected by the fires. If you are in KOREATOWN, LA and able to volunteer or donate, currently we need the following donations (updated as of 1/10 for 1/11):
-NO clothing at this time. What they are taking are like-new/new blankets, new towels, new undergarments, and new socks.
-Empty Boxes and Containers
-Microwaves, yes! Microwaves
-Pet food (Dog and cat)
-Single use utensils and plates
-Sandwich bags, zip lock bags
-Toys for little kids
-Childrens snacks (preferably healthy snacks)
-Hygiene items
-Water
-Protein Bars
TWO centers for donations:
1. Koreatown YMCA: 433 S. Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, CA , 90020
2. Anderson Munger Family YMCA: 4301 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA, 90020
I will be continuing to volunteer at both centers and thank you to EVERYONE who have already helped in whatever way they can. Please also take care of yourself β€οΈ.
