This is a family tradition and recipe passed down from my Japanese grandmother. Itās inari sushi. Itās sweet and salty and only has rice and deep fried tofu. Itās super easy to make and weāve always stuffed them with more rice than the traditional way. Our family calls them "brown bags" or ārice bagsā.
