30 minutes a day, 5x a week has been my holy grail ☺️ it’s not impossible to do and I can squeeze it in while my baby naps or while my kids are around 💕
If I can do it, so can you 🙌🏼 just be consistent, stay patient, and trust the muderfudgin’ process!!
