MY SWAP AU LORE : Since the hashira are only 9 and not 12 ( 12 kizuki ) They are the 9 kizuki instead ( if that makes sense ). So the upper moons are only ranked by top 3.
Example :
Lower moons : Lm9, Lm8, Lm7, Lm6, Lm5, Lm4
Upper moons : Um3, Um2, Um1
( in this au the timelines of when the hashira came to become who they are and the 12 kizuki are swapped timelines. Muzan is still the demon king because if he swapped with kagaya he’d already be dead. So the upper ranks serve kagaya. )
Kamaboko squad is swapped aswell.
( tanjiro and Nezuko = tanjiro is demon and Nezuko is a demon slayer )
(Zenitsu and Insosuke = Zenitsu lived in the more rainy parts of the mountains where he still gets his yellow hair, and inosuke was stubborn to learn wind breathing so he invented beast breathing)
(Aoi and Kanao = Aoi grew up in an abusive family instead, and kanao quit demon slaying to work in medicine )
( Genya has trauma when his brother became a demon and killed their family, When the sun came up Sanemi fled to darkness leaving him to weep. so instead of envy he hates Sanemi.)
