MBT install video coming in a few days... It's almost complete but I have to cut off to a lightfighters anonymous LFTX for 2 days... I tried to get it out before leaving.
If you're impatient, check fitment by making sure the rear foot of the FRT disconnect snaps all the way up on top of the trigger, it should not overhand or be tight.
Then check fitment of the hammer by installing the whole unit, and seeing if the hammer drags against the BCG when in FRT mode.
*Only check drag with finger off the trigger, if the BCG doesn't hang up with your finger off the trigger then you are good to go. If it drags with your finger on the the trigger, its cause it's FRT that's what the break in lube is for (*lube all contact points)
If it does drag you'll need to flat sand the bottom tail of the hammer where I already cut it.
The install video goes into more detail, but this is the basics. If you have trouble, you can always send your parts in and I'll refit them for you.
The way I clamped and indicated the cast parts ended up having a flaw in the work holding design. I. Zeroed from the rotation center, but indicated off the hammer nose on the face. This allowed the tolerances differences in the cast parts to slightly change the cuts location part to part... I never milled cast before, and was a "rookie" mistake.
I have over a decades experience milling billet, so this came as a surprise to me, and will not be an issue with the RB kits.

Parts are coming, progress is being made every day. Parts will ship as soon as they are ready to ship.
This is the first time around any of these parts have ever been made, cycle times and contingencies are yet to be known.
Any time frames are at best rough estimates.
Please be patient. I am excited to ship these out and am working crazy long hours to make it happen.
I've been working on an update video all week, but it's just extra work and manufacturing these parts is my priority. So this post will have to do
My original estimate was very crunched for time for everything that needs to be done to release a full complete product, but we're still making good time and coming into the final stretch.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the preorder, you all are what truly made this happen. I'm excited to ship these to you. Your patience will be dually rewarded.
