For major marathons I download the app and track all my favorite elites, sub-elites, youtubers, and friends running the race. If you're anything like me and you want to add me to the watch list and watch my lil icon shimmy toward downtown Boston, here is my bib number

I created something called a Substack. It's free. Little late to the game here. It's just a place where I will put my humor into words, namely in the form of short stories. I imagine there will be a serious running post here or there. "The Marathon owes me $5" things like that. Did I mention it's free?

Taking a week off while in the throes of marathon training. Posting so the algo keeps me in your feed. Press the thumbs up button for 7 years of good luck. I think that's how that works. Took the oldest to see Green Day. My youngest thinks our new dog (Enzo) is a horse. The middle child is into percussion like his pops. Hope you and yours have a blessed week. Next week is a Mizuno whopper (5 Full Shoe Reviews rolled into one). I also don't have any interviews lined up so if you want to comment any suggestions, I am here for it.
