Prepare for Birth is where mothers come when they know they want a natural birth, but don’t know where to start or feel unsupported in their desires.
After 10 years of working in the birth space (as a student midwife, now a trained doula and educator) I have experience inside the maternity system and outside of it. This experience has given me great perspective in what it is that women need to know to give themselves the best chance at the birth they want.
