SMALL WINS, BIG CHANGES 🍦💪🏽
💜My reason for this change & Why I want to curb my sugar cravings:
Dying to the Flesh, One Step at a Time with Discipline…

This Cupfection from Dairy Queen is more than just a treat…it’s a reward for a week of choosing discipline over desire.

💕For me, this is part of a bigger goal:
“Dying to my flesh”. 🙏🏽

That means breaking old patterns and no longer letting sugar cravings control me.

This is my weekend treat…a Cupfection from Dairy Queen! 🙌🏾 It’s one of my two weekend rewards (Friday 🍫and Saturday🍦) for staying off candy and sweets all week.

I’ve been working on curbing my sugar addiction…not by cutting everything out cold turkey, but by weaning down in moderation…and y’all it's working!

➡️ From drinking 2 liters of Coke 🥤 a day to just one 16.9 oz in the evening (just enough to avoid those withdrawal headaches).
➡️ From eating 2+ candy bars and other sugary extras every day to just one sweet treat on Friday and Saturday.

It might not seem like much to some, but for me, this is a HUGE shift and I’m proud of it. 👏🏽

If you’re trying to break a habit, remember: you don’t have to be perfect. Progress is everything. 🥰

1st I want to send Prayers 🙏🏽 and Condolences to all families involved!

Y’all, I normally don’t share news clips but out of obedience I had to share this!!! The first thing came to my mind was PSALM 91!

A thousand people may fall dead at your side
    or ten thousand right beside you,
    but nothing bad will happen to you! 📖

A divine act that proves the power of God. If you don’t believe in Him yet… you need to.

This is not coincidence. This is GOD!

People of God, we are living in a time where you MUST believe! 🙏🏽🔥

If you still doubt, it’s time to wake up. God is speaking. Are you listening? 🕊❤️
