It’s been a crazy past couple of weeks with Karate Combat, UFC 276, & international fight week. with that said I will not have a Technique Tuesday going up today but will try and get one up tomorrow.

I began training in the art of Kempo Karate at age 3 and began competing in kickboxing at the age of 15. I amassed an undefeated kickboxing record of 57 wins and 0 losses.
After training with fighters such as George "Rush" St Pierre and Suga Rashad Evans, I made the transition to MMA. I have a current record of 15-4-1 with notable wins over Johny Hendricks, Jake Ellenberger, Robert Whittaker, Jorge Masvidal, and Rory Macdonald.
