Cheryl Hines issues ‘strict ultimatum’ to RFK Jr. after being ‘blindsided’ by sexting scandal: report
Cheryl Hines reportedly gave her husband, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a “strict ultimatum” after his alleged sexting affair with news reporter Olivia Nuzzi last year.
According to the Daily Mail, the actress ordered the politician to immediately relocate her from Los Angeles to Washington D.C., where he is serving as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services under President Trump’s administration.
“Cheryl doesn’t feel Bobby can be trusted one iota living on his own, in D.C., even part-time, with so many attractive women and Kennedy groupies around, as he gets settled in his powerful new position,” an insider told the outlet.
“So she’s given him a strict ultimatum –- move me or else,” the source continue
The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” star, 59, reportedly fears Kennedy’s “lust demons” will make an appearance if he is “even a part-time bachelor” in the nation’s capital.
Sources claimed she’s still “recovering from the emotional shock and pain” of the 71-year-old lawyer’s alleged cheating scandal, which left her “blindsided.”

REALITY TV SHOW RIPPED TO SHREDS

Alec Baldwin's new reality TV show is profiting off the pain Halyna Hutchins' family continues to endure following her tragic death ... so says an attorney representing the late cinematographer's parents and sister.
Attorney Gloria Allred is tearing into Baldwin's new TLC reality show, "The Baldwins," which follows Alec and his wife, Hilaria, as they juggle their chaotic family life -- all while grappling with the aftermath of Hutchins being fatally shot on the set of "Rust."
Allred says the show "celebrates Mr. Baldwin’s joy of being with his children while ignoring the fact that Alec Baldwin took a child away from her parents. That is the painful and actual reality with which Halyna’s parents and sister live each and every day."
Allred says Baldwin has never apologized to Halyna's family for his involvement in her 2021 death and has taken no responsibility.
The attorney focuses on a particular moment from the show's first episode, where Hilaria says, “Halyna lost her life in the most unthinkable tragedy, a son lost his mom. We are going to feel and carry this pain forever. This will be a part of our family’s story.”
However, Allred says the Baldwins fail to mention the “family story” of Halyna’s parents and sister who are the ones, in real life, that are forced to feel and carry the pain forever, in a way that neither Baldwin appears to have felt or understood.
In Allred's view, Baldwin plays the victim by discussing his feelings about his criminal trial, having Hilaria claim he suffers from PTSD, and even inviting cameras into his therapy sessions.
As you know ... Alec's involuntary manslaughter charge was dismissed last year in New Mexico after the judge found law enforcement and prosecutors withheld evidence from the defense. However, Halyna's family is still fighting to hold Baldwin accountable in civil court -- with Allred revealing she recently filed a notice to take Baldwin's deposition in that case.
She says it’s long overdue for Baldwin to testify under oath about what really happened leading up to Halyna's death.
@TMZ reached out to a rep for Baldwin ... so far, no word back.

Love is in the air for Tyga and Madelaine Petsch ... 'cause we've learned they're officially dating.
The rapper and "Riverdale" star have been seeing each other romantically, and the relationship is pretty fresh. We're told they've been close friends for a while, but around a month ago the friendship turned romantic.
Our sources say they're telling people who know them that the relationship is new and they’re enjoying each other's company and their time together.
Over the weekend, Madelaine was spotted arm in arm with Tyga as they left the famous Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, where they attended Vanity Fair and Instagram's Vanities Party.
It appears Tyga is leaning on Madelaine during a difficult time in his life. Last month he announced the death of his mom, Pasionaye Nguyen.
Tyga was last publicly linked to Avril Lavigne -- they split in 2023 -- and Madelaine was last known to be dating Anthony Li, who manages Halsey's singing career. Madelaine and Anthony started dating in 2022 but it's unclear when they called it quits.
@TMZ reached out to reps for Tyga and Madelaine ... so far, no word back.

Casey Anthony is only embarking on her new career as a legal advocate for two reasons -- money and fame, so says the judge in her notorious 2011 murder trial.
Retired Judge Belvin Perry Jr., who presided over Casey's child slay trial ... Casey, for starters, is craving attention after being out of the spotlight for a while.
Perry also says Casey wants to make some cold hard cash ... that's why she's asking her fans to pay $10 a month or $100 a year to subscribe to her Substack offering to help people with legal issues.
In addition, Perry says only attorneys who have passed the bar should dispense legal advice — not Casey, who, if she were to do so, it "would constitute the unauthorized practice of law."
Despite this, Perry says Casey will lure in subscribers to her new venture because there's a "sucker born every minute."
Perry says Casey's supporters will likely be conspiracy theorists, fringe people and curious fans.
On Monday, Casey introduced her new venture on her brand new TikTok account, with a video promoting what she's planning to do. Casey explained that after grabbing the spotlight with her own criminal case, she wants to turn what some view as a curse into a blessing.
As you know, Casey's 2-year-old daughter Caylee disappeared in June 2008, and her body was found months later, triggering a media frenzy that lasted throughout the trial. In July 2011, Casey was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter, and child abuse.

Kanye West and Bianca don’t have a prenup and have divorce planned ahead.
Kanye West and Bianca Censori have both had their reps contact a divorce lawyer this week, and that usually means one thing ... and that "thing" does not involve a prenup.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the reps contacted at least one lawyer early in the week, and this was not the first time. Another source with direct knowledge tells TMZ, one of Kanye's reps contacted another lawyer back in October, when TMZ was reporting marital trouble. We're told the rep "was hot, angry." Our source says the lawyer passed on repping Ye.
If they do pull the trigger and file for divorce, it's going to be an interesting case, because sources with direct knowledge tell us, there's no prenup. What makes it even more intriguing, we're told Kanye has actually lost money since he married Bianca. In California, assets and debts are split equally, so on the surface, she could actually owe money.

Aubrey Plaza made her first public appearance of the year on SNL50: The Anniversary Special.
The 40-year-old actress was on the Saturday Night Live special anniversary special to introduce a musical performance from Miley Cyrus and Brittany Howard.If you didn't know, Aubrey has quite the history with SNL as she interned at the sketch show for the 2004-2005 season when she was in film school. She was also an NBC page after that, and in 2023, she returned to the show as a host!
This marked Aubrey's first public outing following the sudden death of her husband Jeff Baena at the start of the new year. The director and writer passed away by suicide on January 4th.
