Solomon Junior Kalu (born June 26, 2004), known professionally as Yang Souljja, is a Singer-songwriter & Record Producer from the Solomon Islands. He is one of the most prominent artists in the R&B scene and is known for his catchy tropical mixed r&b persona.
Solomon's career began when he and Garmalade aka JD (best friend) linked up for a collaboration with one of the finest music producer in Solomon Islands Dee Beatz. The single produced was independently released in 2020 on Youtube, as his debut single, "Wisdom" garnering over thousand streams.
Solomon began gaining attention in 2023 by releasing his single “Heavenly'' which was a major hit on YouTube, collecting thousand of streams. The popularity of "Heavenly" led to a music video being produced by Solomon Islands based director Tene See.
