Iāve been a personal trainer for 18 years specializing in biomechanics. Over the years Iāve had some great mentors, spent a lot of money on education (over 20 credentials), and learned a lot that I would like to share. This channel will appeal to anyone looking to further their knowledge in this convoluted fitness space. Specifically Iām looking to help intermediate lifters grasp more complex concepts and challenging advanced lifters to re-evaluate their current views . Iām looking to challenge the status quo and point out errors or fallacies from concepts that many donāt actually dive in deep to explore and simply accept as fact.
My greatest passion lies in helping fellow fitness professionals reach their full potential by helping as many clients as possible while making more $$ than ever before. This can be a very rewarding industry financially and spiritually if you make the most of it.
