My honest opinion and I may be completely wrong:

I don’t support distance learning for undergraduate studies, if it can be avoided. College life is meant to be lived and experienced. If you don’t meet new people, try new things, and seize new opportunities, how will you truly grow?

Some people say they’re skipping college to prepare for a government job. Seriously? Let’s be practical, what are the actual chances of cracking something as competitive as the UPSC? I’m not trying to demoralise anyone, but we have to be realistic. And even if you do succeed, was it worth missing out on the once-in-a-lifetime experience of college? In my view, absolutely not.

Unless you’re already doing something big like running a successful business or being a professional athlete, I wouldn’t recommend skipping college altogether.

Again, this is just my personal opinion.

India’s first self-help book for Humanities students is here!
📚✨

The book now has nine sections - five dedicated to Humanities, one to the CUET exam, one to life lessons and motivation, one to productivity, and one to mental health.

In your lifetime, there will come a day when the people you once believed in may walk away, and the ones you trusted most may turn out to be strangers in disguise.

It will hurt not because you were wrong to love, but because you gave all of yourself while expecting the same in return.

So learn this early: never anchor your peace to someone else’s presence, nor your worth to their validation. Trust people, yes, but never so completely that their betrayal breaks the foundation of your soul.

Be kind, but wise. Open-hearted, but not wide open. Love, but do not lose yourself in love. Because not everyone who walks with you is meant to stay and not everyone who smiles means well. Guard your light. It’s rare.

A lesson that stayed with me forever:
“When you point one finger at someone, three fingers point back at you.”

At first, it feels like a warning, a reminder to check your own flaws before blaming others. But with time, I realised -

Before you judge someone, before you question their flaws; pause and ask yourself:
Am I right? Am I being fair? What would I have done in their place? Do I see the whole picture, or just a piece of it? Am I truly grounded in truth or just in emotion?

If, after all that, your heart still says you’re right, speak up. Raise your voice. Raise that finger. But even then, remember: three fingers still point back at you.

And that’s not a sign of weakness. It means you’re willing to be questioned too. That’s what integrity looks like.

Because no matter how right you are or how pure your intentions are not everyone will agree with you. Not everyone will understand you. But if you understand yourself, if your inner voice stands with you then no one can silence you.

Many students have asked me whether Humanities students can pursue a BSc in Psychology.

The answer is yes, you can but it depends entirely on the university you’re applying to.

For instance, this particular university does offer a BSc in Psychology, which is why I’ve shared the link.

In the case of Delhi University (DU), you can apply for a BA in Psychology.

To the ones who scored less!

You are not your marks.
You are not a number on a sheet of paper.
You are a story still being written -
with pages full of dreams, strength, and second chances.

Sometimes life doesn’t go as planned,
but that doesn’t mean the plan is over.
Opportunities don’t knock once, they wait quietly
for those who keep walking.

So wipe your tears,
not because you failed,
but because you’re brave enough to begin again.

The world still needs your light.
Please don’t let a mark dim it.
