Most people donāt realize that for the past 150,000 years, humans spent about 135,000 of them (over 90%) living in Ice Age conditions.
Our diet was at least 90% ruminant red meat during that time, primarily from megafauna.
This is not speculation: itās backed by every stable isotope analysis ever conducted on Ice Age humans.
It was also during this period that we made our most significant evolutionary leaps:
-Our brains expanded dramatically.
-We developed complex language and social structures.
-We mastered fire
-And we evolved into Homo sapiens.
Then came agriculture. As we shifted to eating more plants, grains, and seeds, our biology started to decline:
-The average human brain shrank by about 10%
-Our jaws got smaller, leading to crooked teeth and cavities
-And we lost 4ā6 inches of height on average (insane that people can say its all genetics)
These points destroy the idea that height and facial development are purely genetic.
Anyways, my point is to eat in line with your natural human diet, which is meat.

Forgot to mention this guy wouldnāt debate since his āmentorā said no due to ānot wanting to attract younger clientsā
even though my audience is far older than the average looksmaxxing channelsā¦
Anyone who wonāt debate live is scared of being proven wrong which would hurt their coaching business.
Also just hit up clavicular, will try to get that debate in motion if anyone still wants it.

The biggest dietary issues I see currently:
Mixing carbohydrates and fat (upregulating the Randle/glucose fatty acid cycle, which is the fastest way to get fat)
Consuming PUFA/seed oils
Over consumption of fructose and high fructose which are extremely glycating (aging via advanced glycation end products binding to your collagen and elastin)

The Faceiq philosophy is that you should:
1. Get healthy (will clear skin, optimize body fat %, fix skin tone, improve hair quality)
2. Softmax (fix eyebrows, eyelashes, lips, sclera color, etc)
3. Find the highest ROI procedures/surgeries that will make the biggest improvement on your looks with the lowest cost and risk
For example:
fat grafting for extreme upper eyelid exposure.
Bimax for extreme jaw recession
Canthopexy with forehead incision for extreme NCT etc
This is the proper way to looksmax and actually get results.
If you are healthy and softmaxxed and then look good enough to get what you want, then good on you, you are finished with looksmaxxing.
If you get to this point and still arenāt where you want to be then hardmaxxing is the only answer.
āThumb-pullingā or stretching your eyes isnāt going to do shit.
Follow this 3 step system if you actually wanna get real results.

If you donāt naturally feel euphoric every single day, you need to fix your diet and lifestyle immediately.

Iām finally feeling passionate about making more facial analysis content again.
Working on the Jon-Erik Hexum video actually felt enjoyable (facial analysis vids, especially short form content, had become just a chore)
Iām open to ideas right now, so if youāve got any creative suggestions or video concepts within the facial aesthetics space, Iād love to hear them.
One idea Iāve been considering is giving away a full facial aesthetics report to one of my Skool members and turning it into a video, similar to what I did with Hexum.
I would break down their harmony score, highlight areas for improvement, and cover the most significant pros and cons.
In the future, I want to be more specific with the ideal ratios and the deviations from these ratios. Let me know if that sounds interesting to you.
Iām also thinking of doing a complete breakdown on Cillian Murphy next.
I want to escape the brainrot short-form facial analysis content with recycled music and no real information, and instead create a proper, long-form analysis that actually teaches you something. (and also where I can actually be the one making videos and not an AI voice)
If you have celebrity or actor suggestions for future facial analysis videos (for men or women) or creative content ideas, please share them in the comments.
