Hi,
I am Sensei Siddharth Choudhary. I am a 5th Dan Black Belt in Karate, and a kickboxing. I have also trained in Pilates,Yoga, Cardio Kick boxing. I teach Martial Arts and train students in the practical applications of fighting in a street fight.
I am a Self-defence Specialist and Conditioning Coach, a Certified Personal and Metabolic Trainer, Kettlebell and Plyometrics Specialist and Fat Loss Expert.
My mission is to help you become fit through a methodical and scientifically-designed training progra. It will prepare you for unarmed combat and an athlete by helping you build your kill cardio, power and strength. You will be more explosive, build lean muscle, burn fat, improve speed & endurance and become an ELITE practitioner.
I will regularly upload videos on workouts, Self-defense & exercises. If you find them beneficial you can contact me for personal classes.
